  • Most custom software projects run from $8,000 for a focused tool to $75,000+ for a full platform. What moves the number is scope, the integrations involved and how complex the logic gets. After a short discovery call we give you a fixed estimate, so there are no surprises later.

  • A minimum viable version usually takes 6–12 weeks. We deliver larger platforms in phases, so you get something usable early and we refine the rest based on real feedback.

  • Yes. You get full ownership of the source code, the documentation and the infrastructure. There's no vendor lock-in.

  • Usually, yes. We integrate with CRMs, ERPs, accounting, payment and shipping tools through their APIs, and we can import data from spreadsheets and older databases. If a system has no API, we'll find the safest workaround during discovery.

  • Buy when an existing product fits your workflow well and per-seat costs stay reasonable. Build when your process is a competitive advantage, when you're stitching several tools together, or when licence fees keep growing. We'll tell you which on the discovery call, even if the answer is to buy.
